The Telos RX shipping and returns page explains prescription fulfillment, free 2-day priority shipping, discreet temperature-aware packaging, tracking, address changes, cancellation policies, refunds, and returns on compounded medication.

Compounded prescriptions are prepared for individual patients and generally cannot be returned after shipment. Quality concerns should be reported promptly to the Telos RX care team for review.
